Service Delivery Dashboard is a software solution that provides real-time performance information through dashboard views that report on the health of critical system services, processes, performance and dependencies.
Service Delivery Dashboard is unique in its ability to act as an extended dashboard for Visual Performance Manager. It can also act as a performance and event visualization dashboard that integrates data from Visual Performance Manager and third party sources, such as service desk, event management, or other performance management solutions.
Out of the box dashboard views as well as highly customizable options, provide organizations with the ability to further the investment they have already made in service desk, event management and performance management solutions. The Service Delivery Dashboard allows organizations to leverage pre-existing workflows from the systems it is collecting event and performance information from.
